To ensure we can complete your service efficiently, please only bring:

✓ Power cord
✓ Snoo bassinet frame and mesh/netting (required for external cleaning)

Please do not bring:
✗ Snoo legs
✗ Mattress
✗ Sheets
✗ Accessories

Only the required components are needed for this service.

📍 Drop-off Location:
Shop 3, 209 Ingham Road, West End QLD

⏰ Drop-off Time:
Please bring your Snoo into store from 9:00am.

⏳ Turnaround Time:
Most services are completed within 1–2 business days. However, turnaround times cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on current bookings, workload, staff availability, and any additional issues identified during inspection.
