If your Snoo is not rocking correctly, making unusual noises, or has stopped working as expected, our Snoo Basic Repair & Service can help address common issues and restore your Snoo’s performance.
With regular use, Snoos can experience wear and tear over time. Our service focuses on key maintenance areas that can impact movement, performance, and overall operation.

Helps restore smooth rocking movement and addresses common wear-related issues.
✓ Internal Cleaning
Removal of dust and buildup from internal components to support improved function.
✓ Pilling Removal
Removal of visible fabric pilling from accessible areas to refresh the appearance of your Snoo.
✓ General Function Check
A basic inspection to ensure your Snoo is operating correctly and identify any obvious issues.
To ensure we can complete your service efficiently, please only bring:

This service is for the Snoo machine and internal components only.
This Basic Repair & Service option does not include cleaning of the Snoo mesh/netting, bassinet fabric, mattress, or external components.
If you would like your Snoo fully refreshed, including a deep clean of the netting and external areas, please select our Snoo Deep Clean Service option.

⏳ Turnaround Time:
Most services are completed within 1–2 business days. However, turnaround times cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on current bookings, workload, staff availability, and any additional issues identified during inspection.

We’re taking a well-deserved break over the Christmas period, which means our trading hours will be temporarily reduced. While we aim to remain open outside the gazetted public holidays, our operating hours will be adjusted and confirmed soon.
Please note: Any purchases made between December 24th and January 6th will be shipped on January 7th.
🎁 Hiring Items Over Christmas & New Year
If you need to hire items for the Christmas/New Year period, please arrange collection ON or BEFORE December 23rd.
We will NOT be open on Christmas Eve, December 24th.
Items CAN be hired during this period, however please note:
No car seat installations will be available from December 24th – January 6th
No deliveries will be available during this time
👶 Expecting in January or February?
If you require a child restraint installation, please book ahead so we can accommodate you early in the new year.
If you’re hiring a capsule or other pregnancy, breastfeeding, or newborn essentials, please arrange collection on or before December 23rd.
✈️ Travelling to Townsville?
If you need hire items for your stay – or if you live locally and want to hire essentials for visiting family or friends – please ensure all collections are organised prior to 5pm December 23rd.
