We offer thorough, professional cleaning services for capsules, car seats, and prams to ensure your little one’s gear is fresh, hygienic, and safe. Our deep-cleaning process removes dirt, spills, and bacteria, leaving your baby gear looking and smelling like new!

What’s Involved?

A deep clean for any rear or forward facing car seat, including:

  • Removal and washing of all fabric covers
  • Deep cleaning of the harness, shell, and buckles
  • Stain and odour removal
  • Crumb and debris removed from all crevices
  • Complete drying and reassembly

Timeframe:

  • Typically your car seat is required for 1-2 days. If you require it returned more urgently than this, please get in touch with us on 07 47284323 to discuss your options.
  • You do not need to book your item in for a clean, it can be dropped into our store at any time that is convenient for you
  • Professional installation of your car seat can be organised for an additional cost

Mould Cleaning – Additional $30

If your item has mould, an extra deep cleaning process is required, which includes:

  • Special mould removal treatment
  • Thorough sanitisation to prevent regrowth
  • Safe, non toxic cleaning products
Important Disclaimer:
While we take every precaution to safely clean and sanitize mould-affected car seats and prams, it’s important to note that some manufacturers do not recommend reusing seats or prams that have had mould exposure, specifically where the mould may have penetrated the harness. If you are unsure, we strongly advise checking with the manufacturer before proceeding with a service.

🎁 Hiring Items Over Christmas & New Year

If you need to hire items for the Christmas/New Year period, please arrange collection ON or BEFORE December 23rd.

We will NOT be open on Christmas Eve, December 24th.

Items CAN be hired during this period, however please note:

  • No car seat installations will be available from December 24th – January 6th

  • No deliveries will be available during this time

👶 Expecting in January or February?
If you require a child restraint installation, please book ahead so we can accommodate you early in the new year.
If you’re hiring a capsule or other pregnancy, breastfeeding, or newborn essentials, please arrange collection on or before December 23rd.

✈️ Travelling to Townsville?

If you need hire items for your stay – or if you live locally and want to hire essentials for visiting family or friends – please ensure all collections are organised prior to 5pm December 23rd.
